So is it like you can't bring ur backpack to class? Or you bring ur backpack to ur locker and then bring like only the things you need for the class in a small tote? Or just have the the class necessities in ur hands? Do they even bring backpacks, is everything in ur locker and then you take out what you need for the next class?

SORRY, im gonna b a freshman next year and I know its way early but im curious but its quite confusing...

Answer
Most highschools don't have lockers anymore. However, this is how it works. You have a backpack with all the stuff you need like you do in middle school. However, in highschool, they have many more books and text books and such. You can store things you don't want to carry around all day in the locker and go pick it up before class. you never leave your backpack in there

What backpacks are good for my sister? She's going to ride her bike to school?

My sister is going to be a freshman this year and she's going to ride her bike to and from school. What are some good backpacks for her? What's a good way for her to keep the backpack off her back until she gets to school? She wants them to look good to. She wears pink sometimes and mainly wears blue. She has some black, and wears skinny jeans a lot too. Please help?

Answer
Forget backpacks if there's any weight involved at all. Add a rear rack & panniers to the bicycle. Axiom makes a nice pannier set that can be easily put on & taken off the bike. They also sell great rear racks. Links below. Find 'em at your local bike shop or Amazon.com.

Jeans are made of cotton & trap in perspiration - sweat - causing chafing. Tight jeans make it worse.
