I am travelling to Beijing in July for 6 days.

I want to take my Nikon DSLR 40, but I am leery of carrying it around the city. I thought of using a backpack, but I need it to be more than just a camera bag. I am not planning to carry much equipment (perhaps just two lenses and a cleaning cloth), but I need to personal items as well.

Any suggestions on a good, relatively inexpensive bag?

Lots of detailed reviews at this page..

I'm going to recommend a Lowepro Vertex 200..

It's not going to break the bank, it's very high quality, will carry all you need, and will provide you with more than enough room should you wish to expand your photo equipment in the future.

Your best bet is to go into a camera store and handle and examine all the bags properly, rather than view them online.

What's the best way to review for the AP European exam for a duration of a week?

Whats the best way to review the information? What about the essays? Whats the key to doing great in DBQs and FRQs? I know a week is short, but i've been studying for weeks and I just can't seem to plant the information in my head. Any suggestions? Please! Any trick would help. I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.

Answer
There isn't really a way to study for history, especially AP European History (I literally almost died in that class!) Flashcards don't seem to help, and the textbook is just.... The textbook. I only read half a chapter out of the entire textbook for the whole year! My friend too the AP Exam for European History and managed to get a 3 without studying and reading only 1 chapter out of that stupid textbook. The only way I see getting a good score is to practice writing those DBQ's and FRQ's. Look for the released questions on the College Board website so you can get a good idea of what might be asked on the test. Then, pick one or two topics and just write. I'm sure there are example essays attached to these different questions, so compare your essay to the one online and see if there are any similarities. Of course, you need to time yourself and make sure you include as much info as you can!

A summary of AP EUROPEAN HISTORY:
A class that is a huge pain in the ass. It drains the life and pride out of all smart and dumbshit students alike. The teacher assigns tests and quizzes weekly just to fuck your grade. The AP exam is like satans asshole. Theres no escape and you end up shitting yourself because you dont know any answers. An incredible workout too. Youll probably lose 5 inches from your height just lugging around 5 jumbo textbooks the size of chinese phonebooks in your backpack. Impossible to get an A in and you have to study 10+ hours to get a B. Don't take this class. youll end up either killing yourself or killing the teacher
