OK I know that if she is not interested in me it's her loss and at 20 I shouldn't take it so personally, but when I was at school I was always told by a bully, you're useless, you're stupid, you won't amount to anything and for anything like sport or academical success, I hardly got any praise from people other than my parnts.
In nearly all cases I'e proved the asshole wrong including backpacking round Europe and Australia aone, doing well after 1 year at university and have good set of friends both at home and at university.
This is just the only thing I'm unconfident in and it's where I feel unhappy in my life (everytime I'm miserable it's because I feel I can't have an intimate relationship with a woman or will never be good in one). Any help please?

Answer
That particular person is an ABSOLUTE LOSER. Bullies only put other people down to make themselves feel better because they are really the insecure ones....is there a particular girl you are interested in? If there is go for it you have nothing to lose as u said, but I'll give you some advice - don't treat it so much like a date but a friendly meeting the first time, and just be yourself, don't tell her about your insecurities or anything on the first date just be confident in yourself...you will see if you get on well on your own and judging on the vibe you will know whether to arrange another date or not...
hope I helped! :)

Backpacking through Europe?

totallystu

My friends and i are planning to go backpacking through Europe when we graduate from high school. We plan on getting to most countries and sending quite a lot of time over there, a couple of months at least.
Around how much money would we need to spend lets say four months traveling, not including plane flights to and from Australia (where i live). I mean the necessities like food, laundry and travel expenses.
We plan on staying in hostels, is this the best way to go (and the cheapest?)
We will be around 18 years old and all girls, maybe four of us. Will this be a problem?

Answer
Hi, it all depends on which cities you plan to visit because some are more expensive than others. A friend of mine did the same thing all by himself and he spent around US$2000 in one month. It seems a bit too much to me and I'm sure he didn't stay in hostels or if he did he probably stayed in private rooms. You'll be fine staying in hostels, just take some precautions at night especially in subways and train stations in big cities (just like anywhere in the world). If you give a little more information regarding how many countries you plan to visit I might be able to help you a little more. But you could take into consideration that for instance a train ticket from Madrid to Barcelona is around â¬50 (if you take the night train you can save money by not staying in a hotel that night). A train from Venice to Rome is also about â¬55 but if you plan to visit many cities maybe it's better if you get the eurorail pass which has a range of prices depending on your plans.
For the laundry, probably around â¬3 (washing machine & dryer)...for food, if you buy some bread, fruit, cheese and water you might spend around â¬5 maybe a little more maybe a little less...as I said it depends because some cities are more expensive than others.
If you and your friends plan to go to eastern europe, I recommend you go to a hostel called the boathouse it's a great place, very nice and modern...(it's in Belgrade Serbia).
