Someone El
What's the evidence other than the fact that he was seen carrying a backpack on the scene and he was also supposedly shooting at the police but that was later on proclaimed false because he wasn't even carrying a gun so what is it that makes everyone so sure he is guilty. Btw apparently he didn't run over his brother the police officers did. People living in the area saw that so the police were lying. Can we trust anything they say?
Answer
1: There's footage of him and his brother carrying backpacks similar to those found at the bomb sites.
2: They are seen heading in the direction of the bomb sites.
3: There's footage of someone sort of matching Dzhovar dropping the backpack off at the site.
4: There are more photos/footage of him at the site, and then walking away no longer carrying a backpack.
At this point, the FBI put out the notice that the brothers were suspects. The FBI never said these are the guys that did it, although the initial video footage makes a strong case - at least strong enough to justify wanting to talk the brothers.
Meanwhile, the brothers were caught on a video camera at a 7-11 where they were recognized and someone called the police. This is when the brothers carjacked someone at gunpoint and forced him to take money out an ATM. This too is caught on video. When the MIT cop spots them and tries to stop them, one of the brothers shoots and kills the cop. It really doesn't matter which one actually pulled the trigger. Just being an accomplice already carries a pretty long prison term, and when combined with the other crimes (carjacking, armed robbery) that could easily stretch to several decades with no chance of early parole.
Finally, the brothers get into a gun and bomb fight with police. Even if only one of them had a gun, the other was throwing what are now known to be pipe bombs at the cops. Parts of the gunfight was recorded by dashboard cameras from the cop cars. It doesn't matter if Dzhokar or the cops ran the older brother over - he was most likely already dead from being shot multiple times. After the younger brother fled and hid a boat the following evidence came to light:
5: Additional pressure cooker bombs were found in the car he and his brother carjacked. The materials used matched the scraps found at the bomb sites. That's one heckuva coincidence.
6: Leftover materials matching those used in the bombs were found in his dorm room and his brother's apartment. Another coincidence?
7: Sales records link the older brother to the purchase of the fireworks that were emptied for their gunpowder that was used in the bombs.
At the very least this makes the younger brother an accomplice, which still carries the death penalty. By the way, the bomb he placed is the one that killed the little boy.
Also, the gunshot wound to his neck was self inflicted, therefore he must have had a gun at some point. Neighbors heard what sounded like a gunshot coming from the boat. The cops wouldn't have just fired off a bunch of ammunition for no good reason. That makes no sense.
Others who doubt that they are guilty either overlook the brothers' non-federal crimes, like the carjacking, armed robbery and killing a cop, or honestly think that the cops just happened to stumble upon a couple of guys who were also at the marathon, and just coincidentally have bombs identical to the ones used at the marathon in their stolen car. Yeah. That's it. A coincidence.

Where can I get very decent school supplies cheap?
millylouis
I want to help my cousin's sons by buying all their school supplies because him and his wife was downsized and are struggling to pay the bills. All three boys needs school supplies, and backpacks. One son will be entering 2nd grade, the middle son entering 4th grade, and the oldest son is entering 9th grade. Your suggestions and help are greatly appreciative. I want to make sure they have the best possible education possible so that they can have a very bright future. That is the only reward I want because I love them immensely. Thank you in advance. :-)
