What is Diary of a Wimpy Kid all about?

I need a brief overview of each of the 4 books in the series, the movie, do it your self book, and the new book coming out in November. I am doing a presentation about them for a 4th grade class. All I can find online is the boring overview about why the author wrote it. I need what each one is about so I can put it on my poster and talk to the kids about them!

I usually go to my locker at lunch (make that ALWAYS) so I only carry the binder/textbooks for those two classes with me. The others are in my locker.
