Answer
It's usually Cold there and Foggy at times. There are really Fun places to go there. And there are Stores that you can buy good Ube (Purple Yam) and other Baguio Delicacies and Souvenires.
The People are nice and Welcoming. The area is really really nice. Because it's a lot cleaner than most Cities in the Philippines and it's Cold there. But not that cold.

There's also this Huge Outdoor Market and you my Friend, should be careful. Because me and my Aunt and Cousins and Uncle where walking down the path when a Group of men surrounded my Uncle and Cousins and my Aunt Noticed, they were trying to pickpocket my Uncle. So If you go anywhere that's Really Really Crowded, make sure no one's trying to Pickpocket you. Put everything in a Backpack and put it infront of you.

If you want Some Delicacies, go to Good Shepherd
And souvenirs, they're everywhere. So have fun and Be Safe :)
