kids backpacks bags image

I got a memo at work that told me to watch out for kids sniffing their backpacks. Apparently, they can use the fumes of Axe spray deodorant to get high. Is this for real? Does this surprise you?
Answer
Axe is not the only thing that can be sniffed/huffed/bagged. It's the gas used in the containers that matter and some kinds of gas is better than others for huffing. That kids obviously sniffs out of backpack does on the other hand seem a bit strange, why not go to a bathroom or another private space or hide the huffing better? That makes no sense.
This is a great problem at one of our local schools. The kind of things that the kids huff are not illegal or even a reason for suspicion unless you know that the kid is huffing it. Hairspray, deodorants and such are after all a natural part of a teenagers life.
I'm not surprised even the slightest, this has been our reality for many years now since our kids have classmates that huff.

Answer
"Pack Up Your Troubles in Your Old Kit-Bag, and Smile, Smile, Smile". It's a World War I marching song.

(you'll have to listen to it for a minute to recognize it)
I don't know who sang the one on the commercial though, sorry. The newest version I can find is by "Minnutes", a girl.
