Answer
It is just a fashion fad, there is no message being sent, no evil connection. a skull is just part of the skeleton, part of the body, it can be very interesting and cool to look at. You can read into it anyway you want but that is just your point of view. I know the skull can represent death, as it is on a bottle of poison, or a pirates flag or may mean something else to other groups, but it is just an image that can be interpreted in anyway people want.

What age did your children start enjoying the zoo?

Q. Is 15 months too young?

Answer
Use the world as your teaching device. Your childrens' minds are wide open to new sensations at a very very young age. The more stimuli they have, the more neural pathways are developed, and the more they will be equipped to learn. Expose them to as many sounds, smells, sights and tastes as possible. Let them touch new things under your watchful eye. Pay close attention to what interests them and show them how things work, talk to them. Tell them about things. Children learn at an unbelievable pace, especially if it is life experience, not just from childrens' books or games. In fact, those expensive 'learning' toys are far too limited to offer any real knowledge. The only true way to teach them eveything they can learn is to let them experience the zoo, the outdoors, animals, water, different foods, shapes, etc. 15 months is almost too late to start!!! What are you waiting for?

Parents who do a good job at helping their children develop their minds get results like this:

Swim classes start before 3 months for babies.
At 6 months they swim to their mothers.
At 18 months children who are read to every day can speak in complete sentences.
Plastic animal figurines are a great way to teach children about animals. By the age of 30 months, a child can recognize and name as many animals as you can fit into a backpack, including exotic animals and animals with compound names, if they are exposed to the actual animals in a setting like a zoo.
At 30 months a child is able to count past 20 using things like a stack of coasters you may have lying around the house.
At 30 months a child can identify the primary colors.
At 30 months a child can tell you if a traffic light is green, it is time to go; red is time to stop.
At 30 months a child can recognize directions like front, back, behind, on top of, and under.
At 30 months children can show you which shapes are round and which ones are square.
The frustration of the 'terrible two's" can be eliminated by using sign language to communicate with your child. Long before he or she is able to master spoken language, communication in sign language can help a child express his or her needs.
Speaking of languages, at 30 months, a child who is exposed to native speakers of different languages can correctly use words from several languages, such as english, spanish, portuguese, and french.

I know all these things from personal experience with ONE remarkable child whose parents take the time to gently nurture her in mind and body. She is never pressured to learn. Instead, she experiences new stimuli as something to be absorbed. She eats all natural foods in a balanced diet. Both parents worked until she was two years old. Now mom stays at home.

I am shopping for personalized gifts for my children for the coming Christmas. Can anyone tell me the best place to look for personalized step stools, personalized elmo cds and/or Stephen Joseph personalized quilted backpacks?
Would appreciate the suggestions!

Thank you,

Answer
Look no further than Its Just 4 Me.

By far the best deals for Christmas gifts and childrens toys can be found there. Anything Elmo related and especially the step stools are marked way below retail.

My art would look great on childrens products. How do I get companies interested. How much money can be made?

I have a few drawings that my daughter can not get enough of. She loves these drawings so much that she had me print her copies so that she could make book covers because she wanted to show them off at school. She is 13 years old. I did this for her and since then she has had friends and even other students that have never even spoken to her ask her if she could ask me to make them copies as well. by the way, we never gave any of the other students copies. She just told them that she couldnt because it was a special gift from me so they wouldnt get upset with her for telling them no. I've even been approached by parents that have suggested that I have my drawings applied to school supplies, backpacks and even clothing. They said their children would love it. How do I go about this and how much money can I make?

Answer
theres no limit to the amount of money that can be made
